wheel of time prints available
more wheel of time characters...just my own personal take on some of the great characters from robert jordan's awesome series---
prints are now available for some of my wheel of time artwork from imagekind, which you can find here, in the wheel of time gallery--currently, i have a small handful of WoT characters and graphic novel covers available, but i will be adding to the selection regularly...all of the images that are available for prints must be approved by harriet mcdougal (robert jordan's wife), so in most cases i have gone back into the original piece and cleaned it up, and in some cases i've redone characters altogether--i also have a personal work gallery, which i hope to add more pieces to, as well--

«Oldest ‹Older 401 – 429 of 429Just fabulous. Really wonderful. My favorites are Birgitte, Semirhage, and Lan. But wow... it's all freakin' awesome :)
The loving attention to detail astonishes. Thank you for sharing!
You nail it, every time. Love your WOT stuff.
Oh and, Myrddraal!!
of all the wheel of time artwork out there, yours i like the best!
I mentioned it elsewhere but your Berelain is better than what I had imagined. I have been a WOT fan since the 90's. Your Min fits her description from books 1-4 or 5. Her hair grows out later in the series.
Having a Lanfear/Berelain Swimsuit calendar ( If they had swimsuits in WOT ) would be a big seller. ;-)
Really excellent stuff!! I wish you would have done the artwork for "The World of...The Wheel of Time Book" way back when.
Your artwork is frigging awesome. You should do the cover art instead of the talentless hack they hire.
Wow those are amazing, but where is the Fade at?
What I wouldn't give to see these characters animated into full length movies. I'll give you a call after I win the lottery. ;)
These are all awesome... one thing though, the Gaidal Cain one is what I picture to be the spitting image of Kalam from Malazan Book of the Fallen. Heh, and now when I read about him that drawing is all I picture.
These are all absolutely amazing! I can't believe I'm only seeing these now when they've been around so long!
of course, as with all artists, we all have different views on characters but you've gotten some for me RIGHT ON. Tuon is near perfect as are Rand, Perrin and Mat.
I agree with the person who said that you made Nynaeve's and Eg's hair too dark. No where is their hair ever described as black, just dark. Also for Min, her own hair is supposed to be dark as well and she's got curls where you drew her with straight hair.
I love Moraine's action shot and Lan is so perfect he's almost real as is Thom, Berelain and Logain and every single one of the Forsaken...:)
Just great job...wonderful!
Love you work dude espesially, Faile. Remindes me alot of claudeia black
if you could eventually do a Demandred piece I would be a happy fangirl indeed. The smartest of the baddies...
And your artwork is awesometastic. Just sayin.
Love your work
I will eventually probably come to face reality, but this website remains on my main one-click 'bookmark bar' and I've briefly checked in on it every day since late 2007. Glad to see you have been seeing some official work from Harriet McD and BS from the spectacular labor of love you've done here. I'll give it another couple years before I give up, though :)
When are u goona update this section ?
It's been a looong time since u have made Tam Al'thor.
JUST AMAZING!
Amazing-you've really captured the spirit if those WoT characters! I would love to see Elaida, Alviarin, Julin, Elyas and Egeanin.
Demandred
Very cool!
But doesn't Egwene have brown eyes?
I am reading the series, ATM in book 7 and just wanted to say that your art the the characters more vivid, more real to me. Thank you.
Your portraits of 40+ major characters are to the Wheel of Time what Frazetta's paintings were to Conan in the sixties. I like your pieces THAT much. Thanks for brightening the world with your brilliant art (I draw too but nothing on your level!). The Forsaken rogues' gallery is my favorite although I love them all. Whenever I need to visualize a WOT character I go to your site.
These artworks are almost universally amazing. It's uncanny how close they are (and in a number of cases much better!) to the mental images I had of these people from reading the books. Bravo and thanks so much for sharing! :)
These are the best WoT art I have seen. So many are exactly how I pictured them. #IloveNynaeve
Brilliant
Absolutely beautiful art for WoT, thank you!
Do you think you could do one about the eelfin and the aelfin?
Siuan and Gareth Bryne are so spot on, I had to laugh with glee seeing them! Your character art is amazing!
Work of Art!
Hi, Seamas! Sorry to rez this ancient post to comment, but I'm a new WoT reader who has made very frequent visits to the wiki, which is positively peppered with your art. Needless to say, I am in love with your style and your depictions of the diverse characters, because your visions are spot on with how I imagine them to look myself. I'm really happy to see that prints of the character portraits are still available (because I am so buying copies of the Tuon and Mat prints), and I'm kind of sad to have missed out on the comic series, because I definitely would have liked to support your work that way too.
Thank you for enhancing my experience with the Wheel of Time series with your artwork!
I absolutely love your work! I'd love to see your interpretation of Moridin, Demandred, Cyndane, Aran'gar, Narishma, Elaida, Egeanin, Aludra, and some of the Aiel. Also, um, a sexy version of Taim (my boyfriend is rolling his eyes at me as I type this - LOL)?
